The BT Event System is a custom customer relationship marketing (CRM) application built for the BT Global Services. This system allows marketing to create event websites (i.e. - "Mobility Webinar" or "FIFA World Cup 2006'). These websites are comprised of event description and agenda information, custom registration forms, file libraries and HTML email invitations for customers and prospects.
Within the administrative area, event managers may maintain invitation lists, send HTML email invitations with tracking capabilities, and monitor real-time registration reports.
