A robust email newsletter application deployed for BT Global Services. As part of BT Global Services marketing strategy, this client newsletter serves to deliver timely, targeted content to customers and prospects in BT's five core languages (Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish).
The system features synchronization with internal CRM data from Siebel (Oracle CRM), content management, email personalization and transmission, and advanced reporting tools. The system also allows for content personalization by region (i.e. - Switzerland) for highly relevant communications.
